Three Generations of Croatian Hospitality
Our story begins in 1985, when Cvetomir Kabalin (father of Leomir) — a plumber from Novi Vinodolski — first opened the doors of his home to visiting friends from Roterdam. What started as a gesture of warmth, grew across three generations into a carefully tended hospitality tradition.
Today, Ankica and Leomir Kabalin manage apartments alongside their two son's Fabijan and Cvetomir, who grew up running between the streets of Kalvarija and the stone-paved beach near our door. Every apartment reflects the family's taste, care and deep love for this remarkable city.
