About Apartment Levante
Named after the warm eastern wind that brings gentle summer heat to the Kvarner coast, Apartment Levante is our most expansive and versatile retreat — a generous ground-floor garden apartment that feels less like a rental and more like a private villa. Across 100 square metres of beautifully designed interior space and a lush 40-square-metre garden, Levante was built for families, multigenerational groups and friends who want space, privacy and the full magic of an Croatian summer.
Three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms — all with double bed, mean that Levante comfortably accommodates six guests without anyone feeling compromised. The layout was designed to give each couple or family unit their own sense of privacy, with the shared living spaces acting as natural gathering points for meals, games evenings and lazy afternoon coffees.
The kitchen is a full-equiped, a three-burner hob, oven, dishwasher and a large table where the whole family can gather while meals are being prepared. A dining table extends to seat eight, and the living room, with three wide sofa, — is the kind of space you sink into and never want to leave.
But the true heart of Levante is the outdoor terrace. In the other side of house is wood-fired barbecue provide the stage for legendary summer feasts. A three outdoor dining table provide everyone comfortably.
Levante is situated in a quieter residential quarter of Novi Vinodolski, just 10 minutes on foot from the city centre and 5 minutes from the nearest beach, Bribirska obala. This slightly removed position means you'll return each evening to genuine peace and quiet: the sound of cicadas, the smell of sea, the kind of stillness that only the Mediterranean can offer.
We understand that travelling with children or older relatives requires a little extra thought, and Levante has been equipped accordingly: baby cot and high chair available on request, blackout blinds in all bedrooms, and a full set of outdoor cooking equipment so your holiday begins the moment you arrive.
