Guests & Visitors

Maximum occupancy must be respected
Each apartment has a maximum number of guests stated in the booking. Please do not exceed this number — it is set for safety and comfort reasons.

Daytime visitors are welcome
You may receive guests during the day. Overnight visitors who are not registered in the booking are not permitted without prior notice and agreement.

Guest registration is required by law
Croatian law requires all guests to be registered with the local authorities via the eVisitor system. We will ask for identification (passport or ID) upon arrival.
Noise & Quiet Hours

Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. This includes music, television, conversations on terraces and balconies. Our neighbours and other guests deserve rest.

No parties or loud gatherings
Parties, loud music and large group gatherings are not permitted at any time. We are a residential property and must respect the surrounding community.

Relaxed enjoyment is welcome
Music at a reasonable volume, outdoor dining and socialising on your terrace are perfectly fine during daytime hours. We simply ask for consideration after 10 PM.
Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment
This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes and e-cigarettes/vaping. Smoking inside will result in an additional deep-cleaning fee.

Smoking is permitted on balconies and terraces
You are welcome to smoke outdoors. Please use the ashtray provided and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly — never on the ground or into the garden.
Please note: A minimum deep-cleaning surcharge will be applied if smoking inside the apartment is detected. We appreciate your cooperation.
Pets

Pets are welcome in selected apartments — please ask first
We love animals! Pets are allowed in certain apartments with prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking to confirm availability and any applicable conditions.

Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment
For the safety of your pet and to avoid any damage or disturbance, please do not leave animals alone in the apartment for extended periods.

Owners are responsible for their pet's behaviour
Any damage caused by pets will be the owner's responsibility. Please clean up after your pet in all common areas and outdoor spaces.
Cleanliness & Care of the Apartment

Please keep the apartment reasonably tidy during your stay
We provide a clean apartment and ask that you maintain basic cleanliness. Final cleaning is included in your booking price.

Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before departure
Please ensure the kitchen is left in a clean condition when you check out. Leaving dishes unwashed may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Do not move furniture between apartments or rooms
Please do not rearrange or remove furniture from the apartment. If you need anything additional, contact us and we will help.

Towels are for indoor use only
Apartment towels should not be taken to the beach. Beach towels can be borrowed on request.
Kitchen & Appliances

You are welcome to use all kitchen appliances
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and all necessary utensils. Feel free to cook and enjoy home meals.

Do not use appliances improperly or for unintended purposes
Please use appliances as intended. If something is unclear, do not hesitate to ask us. Damage caused by misuse may be charged to the guest.

Report any malfunction immediately
If any appliance stops working or is damaged, please let us know right away. We will do our best to resolve issues promptly during your stay.
Parking

Free parking is provided for guests
Each apartment has access to a designated parking space free of charge. Parking location details will be shared upon booking confirmation.

One vehicle per apartment
The parking allocation is for one vehicle per apartment. If you are travelling with multiple cars, please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements.
Waste & Recycling

Please sort your waste
Croatia has recycling regulations. Separate bins are provided for general waste, paper, plastic/glass and organic waste. Instructions are posted in the apartment.

Take rubbish to the outdoor bins before check-out
Please empty all indoor bins and place bags in the communal outdoor waste containers before you leave. The location of bins will be shown to you on arrival.
Security & Keys

Lock the apartment whenever you leave
Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you go out, even for short periods. We are not responsible for theft resulting from unlocked doors.

Do not duplicate keys or share access codes
Keys and access codes are for registered guests only and must not be copied or shared with third parties.

Lost keys
In the event of lost keys, please notify us immediately. A key replacement fee may apply.
Damage & Liability

Please report any damage immediately
Accidents happen. If something is broken or damaged during your stay, please let us know right away. Honest communication helps us resolve things quickly and fairly.

Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear — including damage caused by negligence, misuse or violation of house rules — will be charged to the guest.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. It will be returned in full within 48 hours of check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
