The accommodation was very clean, the apartment was equipped with everything, the view was incredible, a real sea panorama. The owner was very nice, he was not pushy, but he was not inaccessible either. The beach is very close, restaurants, beach access as well. The price is very friendly, it was the smallest item during the vacation. We highly recommend it, we are already planning the next one towards the end.

The apartment of family Kabalin is very nice central, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach or to the city. Shops can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The check in worked very well, we were received by owner and his son with a slivovic (Croatian traditional alcoholic drink). The communication worked very well. Owner and his son were always reachable. The apartment was clean and nothing was missing. We would like to thank Cvetomir and his father. Very accommodating and easy to book. We were well received and received a warm welcome. The accommodation met our expectations and we enjoyed the proximity to the city center and the beach. Everything was very clean. We would definitely have stayed longer if we could.

The place is very nicely decorated, clean, sophisticated, and spacious. The view is beautiful, Cvetomir is extremely nice and 3 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely be back! :)

The apartment is great, really spacious and exactly like on the pictures. The kitchen is well equiped, we didn't miss anything. The beach is only a couple of minutes away too. Owner’s son Cvetomir was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay, thank you for everything!

The landlady was very nice and willing to help. The large apartment was perfectly clean and the kitchen equipment was perfect. Cleanliness, kitchen equipment, sea view, close to the beach, parking in the yard, fast internet.

Nice apartment, close to beach, close to city center, well equipped kitchen, nice size of bedrooms and nice view to sea. Parking was easy, staff was always supportive. It would be great to have a AC in both bedrooms.

Everything was great! The apartment is very close to a lovely beach. Shops and the town center are also within easy walking distance. The surroundings are beautiful, and the view from the balcony is truly lovely. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back. The only slight drawback is that the air conditioning is only in one bedroom.

The apartment is excellent and clean, everything is as described. The view of the sea is beautiful, which is 4-5 minutes walk away. The wifi works perfectly. The hosts are very nice people.

Great stay, great host. Very close to the beach, basic but great facilities and amenities. The living room area was different. There was no sofa in the apartment.

The accommodation in the photos looks older but it is very nice and fully equipped. Towels were provided in the bathrooms. One double bed has a very soft mattress, but it might be cool for someone. A room with 3 beds so the beds are older, but it can be. The beach is about 5 min walk but it is very small and not too nice. We went to another beach about 2km away.

We stayed at apartment Kabalin for one week during August 2012. The apartment is precisely as depicted in the photo which owner provided on the website. The apartment is a bit old but perfectly cleaned, and large enough to host 5 adults. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the possible dishes as well as a brand new dishwasher. The towels and the bedsheets are provided. The restroom is OK, except for the shower that is maybe a bit too old fashioned. The two bedrooms are fine but one of the two double beds is quite noisy. In the end, we really enjoyed the stay at apartments Kabalin and the authentic Croatian hospitality, as well as the beautiful Croatian coasts, and I hope to have the opportunity to visit Croatia and Novi Vinodolski again!
