About Apartment Maestral
Apartment Maestral — named after the warm, gentle afternoon breeze that graces the Adriatic coast every summer — is the crown jewel of Apartments Kabalin. Situated on the top floor of our house, it commands some of the most spectacular sunset views in the city: a seamless panorama stretching from the red-tiled rooftops all the way to the glistening open sea.
Across 65 square metres of interior space plus a spectacular 10-square-metre private balcony, Maestral was designed with one intention: to feel absolutely exceptional. Two spacious bedrooms — both with a single bed's, sleep up to four guests in total comfort. All bedroom's opens directly onto the balcony, so you can wake with the sunrise and step straight into open Croatian air.
The heart of the apartment is a generously proportioned living and dining area. With grey floor tiles and a carefully curated collection of modern interior furniture give it the warmth of a home that has been loved for decades. Yet every modern comfort is here: a fully equipped kitchen with an gas hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine; a 55-inch Smart TV and superfast Wi-Fi throughout.
The balcony itself deserves special mention. Set up with a small coffee table, it becomes your private outdoor living room from the moment you arrive. Watch the small boats drift past, spot the island of Krk and end every evening with a glass of local wine as Novi Vinodolski switches on its amber lights below.
Two fully equipped bedrooms make Maestral ideal for two couples travelling together, families with older children, or anyone seeking more space and the luxury of a private balcony. The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, on a quiet street in the west part of town — so you get all the atmosphere without any of the noise.
